Moomin Arabia Moomin plate set Office & Winternight, Ø19 cm Multi

Office & Winter Night Moomin plate 2 parts from the Finnish brand Moomin Arabia are two plates with Moomin motifs made from durable white porcelain. The Winter Night and Office collector’s plates complement the previously launched mugs. The plates portray the Moomin family trying their hand at work, but they discover that different kinds of tasks are more fun to do if you don’t call them work. The Moomin trolls soon also notice that office work is probably not for them. The motif of the Office collector’s plate was first launched on Moomin Arabia’s mug in 1996 and is based on several different cartoons that all have writing, drawing and painting as common elements. Moomin has been awake all winter. With the help of his friends Little My and Too-Ticky, Moomin gathers courage and gains insight into winter. When spring comes, Moomin has many stories to tell. The motif of the Winter Night collector’s plate is based on the motif of the mug from 2006. In the image, Moomin is sitting on a bridge railing and comes from Tove Jansson’s work Troll Winter from 1957.
